  • Our programs are for anyone ready to reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, build mindful practices, and grow with intention. No prior experience with coaching or mindfulness is required.

  • Programs are flexible and designed around your needs, typically ranging from 3–6 months. During this time, you’ll receive consistent support, reflection, and guidance to create lasting growth.

  • Sessions are held weekly, providing ongoing guidance and accountability while allowing you time to integrate practices and reflect between sessions.

  • Your sessions will be a blend of both. There’s a supportive framework to guide your growth, but each session is flexible and responsive to what you need in the moment. Some days will focus on reflection, others on practical tools or gentle accountability — always guided by what feels most supportive for you.

  • Group workshops combine coaching, mindfulness, gentle movement, and interactive exercises. You’ll learn practical tools, share insights, and practice techniques alongside a supportive community.

  • Workshops generally last 60–90 minutes, offering a balance of guidance, practice, and community interaction. Some workshops may include follow-up materials or suggested daily practices to deepen the experience.

  • No experience is necessary. Both 1:1 mentorship and group workshops are designed to meet you where you are and provide support for all levels.

  • Yes! All 1:1 sessions and group workshops are offered online, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home or anywhere you feel safe and focused.

  • If you want individualized guidance and support tailored specifically to your needs, 1:1 mentorship is ideal. If you thrive in a shared learning environment and enjoy connecting with others on a similar journey, group workshops are a great fit. You can also combine both.

  • Participants often experience increased clarity, reduced tension, improved self-awareness, stronger habits, and a deeper connection with themselves. Growth is gentle, intentional, and sustainable — one step at a time.
