Week 1 – UNLEARN


Exploring the emotional, subconscious and protective patterns that have shaped the way you move through life — and rebuilding trust in yourself, your body and your instincts.

Week 3 – RECLAIM


Learning how to reconnect with your body, nervous system and internal cues so you can begin understanding yourself from the inside out instead of constantly analysing yourself from the mind.

Week 2 – SENSE


Integrating a gentler, more instinctual relationship with your nervous system so you can stop constantly fighting yourself and start feeling softer, safer and more alive again.
