Week 2 – SENSE


Your body has intelligence you wouldn’t believe. This week we dive deep into our instincts, our bodily intelligence and the practical side of tuning into your nervous system to soothe anxiety.

Week 3 – REWILD


Every body has a personal pattern that anxiety shows up through. In our final week, we’re going to excavate our patterns and learn how to shift them from the inside out so you can reclaim your personality beneath the anxiety.
