When Maya first came to me, she felt emotionally drained and disconnected from her body. She was pushing through her days, constantly tired, and unsure how to slow down without feeling guilty.
Through our 1:1 work, Maya learned how to reconnect with her body through gentle movement, create daily moments of mindfulness, and set boundaries that protected her energy. Week by week, the tension she carried began to soften.
Today, Maya wakes up feeling steady instead of rushed. She trusts her needs, honors her limits, and feels grounded in her own rhythm again. Her life didn’t become louder — it became calmer, clearer, and more supportive.
Scope
Maya came into mentorship feeling burned out and disconnected. She wanted to slow down, feel grounded, and regain her eneergy.
Process
We began by helping Maya reconnect with her nervous system and understand what her body truly needed. Together, we:
Built gentle daily mindfulness and grounding rituals
Identified energy-draining habits and created rhythms
Practiced boundary-setting to protect her time & energy
Results
Maya now feels calm, steady, and deeply connected to herself. She honors her limits, trusts her body, and moves through life with more ease and clarity.
